Since my late teen years I was wondering does what it make up a personality and does it shape the person work ethic later on in life?
Somehow it has proven some facts, people with low self esteem has an ego issue. Look back in history, great warrior in French Napoleon Bonaparte, world war two Germany hitler. They were diagnose by psychology that they have low self esteem causes by their short build. Because they were short they work hard to make up their genetic defect.
As so on in reality I have met quite of number of such people. Talk and talk complain and complain have no substance in their work ethic.
